Common questions
The microphone isn't working. Make sure SpeakLab has microphone and speech-recognition permission in iOS/Android Settings, then restart the app.
How does the AI feedback work? Your speech is transcribed on your device; the text is sent to our AI gateway to generate a reply and gentle corrections. Full continuous audio is not streamed to our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open the App Store app → your account → Subscriptions → SpeakLab → Cancel.
How do I delete my data? In SpeakLab: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account and conversations.
Is my practice private? Yes — conversations are stored to your own account with per-user isolation and are never sold or used for third-party ad targeting.
